“Just Be You” yoga classes are designed to integrate yoga with cognitive, physical, and -- most of all -- social/emotional development. Whether you are new to yoga or you are familiar with it, come join the children’s yoga community - changing one child, one breath at a time.
With a mindful mind, you will practice certain yoga postures or shapes and breathing exercises. You may also engage in dance, play, stories, or even chants. Every practice will begin with a grateful heart, and together we will mindfully express our feelings and emotions through the art of children’s yoga. We will learn how to “Just Be You”!
